5/5 😂

If you love anything involving Jerry Seinfeld, then this book will be no exception! I'll admit, however, that listening to the audiobook version was much more pleasurable than reading this and trying to invoke Seinfeld's voice. Nevertheless, this compilation of jokes was exactly what I needed during this difficult time!
I've seen Seinfeld live only once, I've watched the series at least five times, and I've watched all his available stand-up. Even with all this, I only recognized a few jokes, so most of the book was fresh for me. I would say that for the most part, Seinfeld isn't recycling jokes we've all heard a thousand times. This book is truly the lost notes of his career.
It's actually quite hard to write a review for this book since there's no plot. It's random, for sure, and literally just a compilation of jokes. There's a paragraph or two at the beginning of each decade to give us some insight to Seinfeld's life, but it's not a biographical book in any way. I don't really know how else to explain it other than read it! It's a great release from the negativity in the world.
